About the role:
- Managing and assisting in defendant insurance litigation cases across various industries.
- Advising insurers and corporate clients on liability and indemnity issues.
- Drafting pleadings affidavits correspondence and legal submissions.
- Representing clients in court proceedings mediations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on highprofile insurance claims.
The ideal candidate:
- Admitted to practice in Australia with 210 years of PQE in general insurance litigation.
- Strong experience in public liability professional indemnity property damage and/or workers compensation claims.
- Excellent drafting negotiation and advocacy skills.
- A proactive and clientfocused approach with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a highperforming team.
