Office of Childrens Services (OCS)is
recruiting for a fulltime Project Assistant located in
Juneau Alaska.
What You Will Be Doing
This role oversees the daily operations of the OCS Childcare Team including supervision of an Eligibility Tech II position. Responsibilities encompass timely response to inquiries and assistance requests received through the OCS Childcare phoneline and email requiring adherence to policies defining OCS and DPAcovered childcare assistance expenses. The position necessitates independent work critical thinking abilities excellent customer service and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of centralized childcare services.

Working Environment You Can Expect
This position is located in the Goldstein building in downtown Juneau. The office is conveniently located close to many restaurants shops and the post office. This is a fulltime position that is required to work 8hour shifts Monday through Friday with the shift ending at 5:00pm.

Equivalent to those typically gained by:

Additional Required Information
