About The Role:
As a Data Analyst on the People Analytics team youll play a crucial role in driving datadriven decisionmaking across our HR and People functions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret employee data providing insights that support key initiatives like performance management employee engagement and retention. Youll work closely with stakeholders to create actionable reports develop dashboards and identify trends that inform strategic business decisions.
What Youll Be Doing:
Youll be at the forefront of transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive decisionmaking across the People function. Youll work closely with HR and People Operations to analyze employee data develop dashboards and create reports that track key metrics such as retention engagement and performance. Your work will provide the foundation for datadriven initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and business outcomes.
Youll dig into large datasets to identify patterns and trends providing actionable insights that support workforce planning organizational design and performance management. Youll also collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data collection methods and ensure that the data youre working with is accurate reliable and aligned with our business needs.
Beyond reporting youll be instrumental in optimizing our people analytics framework helping to ensure that the systems and processes in place are scalable and adaptable as the company grows. Additionally youll play a critical role in crossfunctional projects providing robust analysis that supports initiatives like diversity efforts talent acquisition and employee development. Whether youre delivering insights on attrition or presenting data on team performance your work will help inform strategic decisions and operational improvements across the company.
