The Senior Product Manager is an ideal start for individuals who are looking for a highimpact and highly visible role. The World Wide Amazon Gift Card Business team owns a portfolio of products on Amazon that meets customers everyday gifting needs including electronic gift cards physical gift cards and Amazon stored value. A successful candidate is a self starter who has the ability to move quickly dive into the details and has an ability to work in an ambiguous environment. This role is an exciting opportunity where youll have WW Supply Chain ownership for Amazon Gift Cards and work autonomously to deliver selection speed and automation strategies to help grow the GC stores business. You will interface with Gift Cards key stakeholders including Product Marketing Finance Data Science and Amazon partner teams. This includes 1 Accelerating our cost to serve initiatives and drive topline growth 2 influencing and setting delivery strategy for our stores channel 3 working with central teams on developing new opportunities to drive growth and process improvements and 4 Identifying crossGL synergies and partnerships across Amazon to increase Gift Card awareness to new customers.
Key job responsibilities Influence senior leaders across Amazon by aligning with Amazons core principles to proactively communicate program vision customer impact progress and plans. Work with crossfunctional stakeholders to shipping speeds product roadmapping and launch timelines. Weekly and monthly tracking of P&Ls to monitor profitability goals and diving deep where needed to drive continuous improvement. Managing engagements for crossGL team projects and identifying new growth and adoption opportunities. Partner with and share best practices with WW business owners.
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience Bachelors degree or equivalent Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
