Whats the job
The Future Student Advisor is responsible for assessing applicants against published entry criteria and guiding them through the enrolment process. With a limited scope of delegated authority from the academic team they review applications verify eligibility and offer admission where appropriate.
Here you will ensure prospective students understand their chosen course and the necessary steps for enrolment. Working as part of a broader team Future Student Advisors contribute to organisational enrolment targets while upholding the values of the University providing clear and professional guidance ensuring a smooth admission process and maintaining compliance with institutional policies.
Location for this role is open to candidates based in Sydney. This role is a permanent fulltime role providing great hybrid opportunities for the right candidate and with an uncapped commission plan that will only increase depending on your commitment and achievements.
What is this role about
SalesFocused Application Management The Future Student Advisor is responsible for reviewing applications ensuring they meet entry criteria and guiding prospective students through the admissions process with the goal of converting leads into enrolled students.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service This role involves engaging with prospective students providing information answering inquiries and guiding them through the enrolment process all while delivering a high level of customer service to drive conversions.
Phone and EventBased Engagement A key part of the role is to engage with prospects through phone calls and events such as campus tours open days and information sessions to build relationships answer questions and increase enrolment rates.
Maintaining Accurate Records and Reports The advisor ensures all applicant data supporting documents and reports are accurately recorded and updated in the system enabling efficient lead management and tracking throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborating to Achieve Sales Targets As part of a broader team the advisor works towards meeting admissions targets and conversion goals actively participating in sales activities like followup calls and event participation to drive student enrolments.

We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Marketing Executive who brings a mix of creativity strategic thinking and skills to drive impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have:
Relevant Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in a relevant industry and experience in admissions within the HE/VET sector advantageous.
Sales and Target Achievement: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding enrolment targets with a focus on salesdriven outcomes.
Strong Communication and Engagement Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills for engaging with prospective students and stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and Excel and competence in using content management systems like Salesforce.
