Interventional Radiology/Neuro Special Procedures Technologist

Looking for an opportunity to be a part of a procedural area We are looking for a unique Neuro Special Procedures Technologist wanting to work in our Neuro Special Procedures area. This unit offers cross training educational opportunities and a wide variety of benefits!

LOCATION: Texas Health Plano is located at 6200 W Parker Rd Plano TX 75093

SCHEDULE:FT 40 Hours; 10 hour shifts 6:30am5:00pm Monday Friday with rotating days off; On call required (Must live within 30 minutes of Texas Health Plano)

Neuro Special Procedures Department highlights

Newly build Hybrid Neuro room with expansion of second room this year

Comprehensive Stroke Certification

Ability to cross train within Heart & Vascular

The Ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of accredited program in Cardiovascular Technology required Or

High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of work experience in invasive cardiology required.

1 year of vascular or cardiac angiography preferred.

ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire required And

GMRT General Medical Radiologic Technologist If ARRT Only Upon Hire preferred And

BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
