As a Senior Product Manager Technical you will 1 assist in defining the customer journey from signup signin and usage of Alexa on Alexa builtin devices 2 assist in defining the CX for Alexa set up on Alexa built in devices and discovery CX for various high value Alexa experiences on a Alexa builtin device 3 support in managing a portfolio features that enables daily engagement for Alexa customers and Alexa Enterprise partners 4 assist in designing strategies to deepen existing customers relationship with Alexa outside of Echo devices; and 5 collaborate with OEM partners to provide them with tech requirements to include Alexa builtin voice experiences in their own product portfolio.

A day in the life
As a Senior Product ManagementTechnical you will work with customers to assist in define the product vision and business plan for a new strategic Alexa business. You will get buyin on your vision from customers partners and executives across the company. You will collaborate with design and engineering leaders to assist in define product requirements delightful user experiences and a scalable architecture. You will collaborate with marketing PR and BDSA leaders to assist in define how to take your products to market and drive broad adoption. You will partner with design engineering business development solutions architecture and finance leaders to support build roadmap(s) . Partner with customers and OEM partners to provide them with APIs or device specs to build the NorthStar Alexa builtin experiences for Smart TVs Speakers and more device form factors.

5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
MBA
Bachelors degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science engineering statistics

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market.
