TASQ has a job opening for a training manager position in Cebu City with a hybrid work setup.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a training manager within the BPO industry.
- Experience managing process trainers assistant managers and lead assistant managers related to the process.
- Focuses on coaching and mentoring trainers and leadership staff conducting training sessions as needed performing training needs analysis and developing action plans to address knowledge gaps.
- College degree preferably in nursing psychology mass communications or education.
- Positive feedback from local leadership and their teams.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior training manager in overseeing and coordinating various training requirements for the program and its projects within the assigned accounts.
- Monitor coach and mentor trainers to enhance their skills.
- Develop training materials activities and assessments.
- Conduct training classes as necessary.
- Support the senior training manager and/or AVP in gathering measuring and analyzing data to assess the training programs effectiveness regularly.
- Conduct trainer interviews and strengthen team resources through the Training Apprenticeship Program.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality.
- Foster a positive work environment by recognizing team contributions soliciting feedback and providing personal support when needed.
