Job Description

This role will focus on development and integration of electrical and mechanical systems for our fleet of Vehicles.
Key job responsibilities
Lead Engineer responsible for developing and improving electromechanical systems across the supply chain network. Drive largescale projects independently focusing on businesscritical systems and companywide compatibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural feedback
Architect complex systems using advanced engineering principles
Coordinate between technical teams business units and vendors
Manage project scope budgets and timelines
Develop solutions using Lean Manufacturing principles
Create technical documentation and business cases
Technical Leadership:
Guide engineering best practices and department technology strategies
Evaluate and integrate vendor solutions
Map system requirements
Work with MHE and packaging systems
Tools & Skills:
MS Excel AutoCAD SolidWorks MS Projects
Project management and budget control
Vendor management and contract documentation
Crossfunctional team leadership
Works autonomously with significant decisionmaking authority. Decisions directly impact business goals and department success. Requires creative problemsolving and strong technical judgment.
Travel up to 20.
Experience in developing functional specifications design verification plans and functional test procedures
Masters degree in electrical engineering computer engineering or equivalent
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
Experience with the project management of technical projects

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
