Communications Lead Internal Communications - Marketing and Product Technology

About the Role

The Stitch Fix team is looking for an internal communications lead to lead internal communications for our Marketing and Product & Technology teams and help drive our broader efforts to inform engage and inspire Stitch Fix employees. The Communications Lead will report to the Senior Manager Internal Communications.

Youre excited about this opportunity because you will

• Develop strategic internal communications plans and content for the Marketing and Product & Technology divisions that ladder to the companys broader business strategy and Marketing and Product & Technology roadmaps. Partner closely with external communications partners to develop 360 communications campaigns.
• Be a trusted partner who provides data driven counsel to leaders and stakeholders with a focus on Marketing and Product & Technology. Build and maintain cross functional relationships in order to successfully execute communications plans.
• Execute divisionspecific events (e.g. Divisional All Hands) by partnering with business leaders on endtoend planning and leading including content development and management of logistics.
• Support enterprise internal communications programs by leading or supporting largescale initiatives as needed including leading strategy and of our weekly newsletter
• Support endtoend planning of our quarterly Corporate All Hands meetings and other enterprise meetings as needed in partnership with the Sr. Communications Manager including being onsite at our San Francisco CA Headquarters during live events as needed.
• Support planning of enterprisewide internal communications led events as needed.
• Be a brand ambassador by protecting and promoting the Stitch Fix brand and always looking for opportunities to tell the Stitch Fix story to employees.
• Measure and optimize the effectiveness of communications by tracking the effectiveness of all Marketing and Product & Technology communications and advising on pivots as needed.
• Identify communication gaps and challenges and create solutions to overcome them.

• You have a breadth of communications experience You have 5 years of experience in communications roles ideally within the retail and/or technology industries. You have direct experience supporting communication efforts for Marketing and/or Product & Technology roadmaps teams. Additionally you have experience supporting a decentralized workforce.
