The Amazon Robotics (AR) Operations organization is Amazons manufacturing arm for industrial robotics. We manufacture highquality robotics for fulfillment and transportation centers across Amazon. Its an operation that works crossfunctionally with Engineering and Supply Chain teams. We are seeking a talented Warehouse Operations Manager with thorough knowledge of materials management to support manufacturing in our facility in North Reading MA.

In this role you will lead a team of hourly manufacturing associates and will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety quality attendance and performance. The company has complex products that requires a detail oriented organized and highenergy individual to coordinate daily production requirements and lead initiatives. The successful candidate for this position will be a selfmanaging actionoriented individual focused on developing a high performing team while delivering business results.

Key job responsibilities
Support mentor and motivate hourly workforce
Manage safety quality productivity and customer delivery promises
Oversee daily of manufacturing operations to deliver daily requirements with a focus on safety and quality.
Manage grow and develop a team of highperforming associates while promoting a culture of inclusion innovation and performance.
Gather trend and report process metrics/KPIs to promote improvement initiatives from suppliers through factory.
Drive efficiency and quality through processfocused approaches process improvement initiatives and root cause / corrective action exercises.
Manage team goals and critical metrics to ensure business success. Drive accountability with the team.
Lead and implement critical business initiatives across the team.
Work effectively across functions with matters involving Quality Engineering Supply Chain Finance etc.
Conduct employee reviews hiring and all disciplinary functions for the reporting team.
Contribute to Operations project teams leading new product introduction and other manufacturing initiatives.

A Bachelors Degree or 2 years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
1 years of direct management experience for employees and their performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective coaching and mentoring skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.


Experience in a complex highvolume manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting new products and product development programs.
Experience working with Oracle ERP and Agile PLM.
Experience in advanced manufacturing distribution and logistics.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and application of Continuous Improvement (CI) tools.
Proficient with data collection data analysis and use of metrics.
