Key job responsibilities
Establish best practices for AWS infrastructure and terraform management for other teams at the company to follow.
Operate eeros Kubernetes infrastructure on EKS and ensure we are following industry best practices
Own eeros build and deploy tooling and infrastructure for teams across the company
Improve the logging and monitoring story for cloud services
Identify processes that require manual work and drive towards automated solutions
Drive operational excellence through readiness reviews and retrospectives
A day in the life
As a part of the team you will build and maintain the shared infrastructure that powers many of these core services to ensure that eeros cloud is always available and performant. You will empower other engineering teams at eero to build and deploy their services in a maintainable and secure manner. This job involves managing infrastructure as code with Terraform and CDK along with writing scripts and tooling to automate manual tasks.

eeros Cloud Systems and Infrastructure team is responsible for the cloud infrastructure we operate in AWS setting best practices for feature engineerning teams to follow and writing tools to make their jobs simpler. eeros cloud services power critical features that enable customers to view manage and troubleshoot their networks.
Experience in automating deploying and supporting largescale infrastructure
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python Ruby Golang Java C C# Rust
Experience with Linux/Unix
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
Experience with distributed systems at scale

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
