ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Senior Product ManagerTech Consumer Growth you will be responsible for driving strategy roadmap and for Audibles core product experiences to accelerate member acquisition globally. You will work at the exciting intersection of media and technology introducing Audibles unique value proposition and immersive storytelling to new customers around the world. You will focus relentlessly on customer needs collaborating with crossfunctional leaders across engineering design marketing and data science to craft product growth features that will surprise and delight our customers. As a Senior Product ManagerTech Consumer Growth you will...
Define and execute the product roadmap with clearly articulated and well measured goals
Identify and execute on projects that will elevate the usability and seamlessness of Audibles experience with an ownership mindset from ideation through launch
Collaborate with engineering design fellow product managers marketing and insights teams to drive outcomes
Define execute evaluate and launch experiments (A/B tests) to maximize customer and business value using bestpractices statistical rigor and high judgment
Proactively accelerate unblock derisk and help optimize the work of the delivery teams working on your inflight features
Partner with UX and UX Research to define good outcomes for qualitative testing ensuring we are building the right experience for a diverse set of customers
Plan and prioritize the backlog for development teams to ensure maximum value in deliverables

Bachelors degree in a technical analytical or related field
5 years of experience in consumer product management with 1 year in complex organizations
Experience in data driven hypothesis testing and experimentation
Experience working with design teams to build seamless experiences for customer facing products/features
Experience providing information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders alike and guide them to confidently informed decisions
Ability to think creatively execute on a roadmap build consensus and momentum
Datadriven: Define metrics for success and failure; ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and make decisions
Ability to recognize the benefits and limitations of the technical design of a feature and engage with engineering to make informed tradeoff decisions
Team player: Strong demonstrated ability to rally and bring varying functional teams together
