Job Description

Responsibilities:
Senior Product Designers will own the design solutioning on projects from research through execution & optimization. They thrive because theyre obsessed with their users and business results.
We expect our Senior Product Designers to have a strong command over their craft as well as ideation & concepting methodologies. Their daytoday will include designing intuitive and innovative products preparing for and conducting research studies and planning and executing collaborative workshops.
In addition to firstrate design skills Senior Product Designers have exceptional project and client management skills. They regularly collaborate on interdisciplinary teams of product & project managers engineers growth marketers and junior designers.

Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience in iterative creative environments
- A portfolio of product designs & metrics that show successful outcomes for the user and the business
- Exceptional design craft from conceptual thinking to visual design while we expect solid design skills across UX and UI this candidate can lean more heavily in one direction or the other
- Experience mentoring junior designers
- Experience facilitating designthinking workshops
- The ability to prepare for conduct synthesize and present research findings and support all design decisions
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Excellent project and client management
