Job Description

The Operations Technology Supply Chain (OTSSC) team is seeking an experienced AMER Account Manager to join our growing Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) organization. As a key member of the SCS team you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and driving customized datadriven supply chain solutions to meet their evolving needs.
The OTS Supply Chain organization plans sources makes and delivers the IT equipment necessary to empower Worldwide Amazon Stores operations. Through efficient collaboration with crossfunctional teams we deliver scalable and innovative supply chain solutions that add value and increases customer satisfaction to support forward and reverse technology fulfillment services. We are making investments to transform our supply chain into an automated resilient costeffective IT fulfillment engine enabling our customers to launch programs quicker and adjust to rapid business changes.
The SCS team acts as the central hub for managing customer relationships supply chain services and process change management across Amazons global operations. As a Regional Account Manager you will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned customer accounts leveraging your deep knowledge of supply chain operations analyticsdriven decision making and strong customer focus to deliver a barraising experience.


Key job responsibilities
Serve as the designated regional/global solutions primary point of contact for your assigned customer accounts building trusted longlasting partnerships with senior stakeholders
Deeply understand the unique requirements challenges and future needs of customers in your assigned regions using those insights to design highquality valueadding supply chain solutions
Coordinate closely with crossfunctional internal stakeholders to align resources and prioritize successful outcomes for your diverse customer portfolio
Drive proactive global account management activities to identify new business opportunities improve performance and enhance value for your customers
Regularly meet with your regional account management team to share best practices provide coaching and mentoring and ensure consistent exceptional customer experiences
Implement clear service performance metrics and closely monitor the engagement and services development of assigned accounts to deliver worldclass supply chain services
Facilitate regular internal customer and impacted stakeholder meetings and develop customized data dashboards to align supply chain service capabilities with your customers business operations interactions and growth strategies
Plan and execute continuous improvement solutions to support your highspend complex customer accounts ensuring proper processes workback schedules and guidelines are in place
Communicate performance metrics and KPIs (e.g. OTIF deliverable percentage inventory levels) to OTS and customer leadership
Coordinate inventory procurement prioritization and delivery timelines to meet customer commitments for IT infrastructure and enduser equipment orders

3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
2 years of supply chain experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Bachelors degree
Excellent communication stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration skills

3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules
