Are you passionate about inorganic chemistry and eager to make groundbreaking contributions in the field We are seeking a motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team! In this role you will delve into exciting projects focused on inorganic chemistry with a special focus on the chemistry main group cations and Lewis acids for application in catalysis. Beyond your research you will have the opportunity to write manuscripts develop research proposals and play a key role in mentoring graduate students and organizing our research group. Opportunities to Contribute
Conducts research in the general area of inorganic chemistry with a special focus on the chemistry main group cations and Lewis acids for application in catalysis.
Participates in analyzing and disseminating data results as part of participation in group meetings.
Prepares manuscripts periodic reports scientific papers/presentations and grant proposals.
Makes presentations of results at group meetings and other appropriate venues.
Attends scientific meetings and seminars for research enhancement.
Stays up to date on scientific research via reading literature etc.
Provides advice and assistance to other laboratory team members.
Acts as a mentor to students.
Maintains laboratory instrumentation and follows applicable safety standards.
Qualifications
Ph.D.

Experience in conducting research in the general area of inorganic chemistry with a special focus on the chemistry main group cations and Lewis acids for application in catalysis.
Contributes to team effort by working effectively with individuals.
Salary: Compensation will be commensurate based on the selected hires education and experience.
Special Note: This position is funded from grant and/or contract funding which is renewed through provisions of the grantor of the contract. Therefore this position is contingent upon
continuation of funding from these grants and/or contracts as well as satisfactory job performance.
