About the Role
Alpha Hire is partnering with a dynamic boutique real estate law firm seeking a Junior Associate (2-4 years of experience) to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain hands-on transactional experience in a collaborative environment with direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in acquisitions dispositions and leasing transactions (retail office industrial and mixed-use)
- Draft and review purchase agreements leases financing documents and closing materials
- Conduct due diligence including title/survey review zoning analysis and contract review
- Support senior attorneys in entity formation joint ventures and development deals
- Communicate directly with clients lenders brokers and opposing counsel
- Manage closing checklists escrow instructions and post-closing matters
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (law firm or in-house)
- Strong academic background (JD from an accredited law school; state bar admission)
- Exposure to leasing acquisitions financing or development (experience in one or more areas preferred)
- Detail-oriented with excellent drafting research and organizational skills
- Proactive eager to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced client-facing role
