About the Role
RACQ Ipswich is looking for a fun and energetic customer service superstar to join our team. No experience necessary just a willingness to learn! We will provide a comprehensive and tailored training program to set you up for success.

• As a Member Engagement Consultant you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance insurance and banking products and services.
• Rate of pay at commencement is $33.40 Super Penalty Rates!
• Full Time 37.5hrs per week
• Rostered between 8:30AM5:00PM Monday to Friday and 9:15AM12:15PM every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight

About You
Customer service and a desire to help is key. We are seeking applicants who love to help others thrive in a fastpaced environment build meaningful relationships with colleagues and have an excellent work ethic.

You will be eager to learn happy to deal with members facetoface and via phone have a cando attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.
