Finance Manager Amazon Business Finance

Amazon Business is hiring a Finance Manager for the WW Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will partner with key business and finance leaders to identify opportunities to drive growth provide timely analysis insightful guidance and financial leadership. This role will lead Finance activities across WW Amazon Business create scalable reporting mechanism and provide adhoc insights for VP level leadership.

Key job responsibilities
Lead Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting and insights to VP Leadership across WW Amazon Business. Partnering with local finance teams to understand unique trends across 10 AB countries.
Solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models business insights and recommendations that deliver results drive improvements and influence leaders
Partner with the business and other Corporate FP&A teams to create workback calendars that support key meeting dates and ensure adequate review and preparation time.
Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication data driven analysis and modeling and presentation of options and alternatives
Perform financial reporting adhoc data analysis and financial modeling using a broad range of tools including Excel SQL and Cognos

5 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
5 years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
6 years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
6 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
6 years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decisionmaking experience
6 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
6 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business or Bachelors degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering process reengineering quality assurance) experience

6 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
6 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models analysis and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g. financial savings operational improvements or customer benefits) experience
MBA or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting budgeting and variance analysis and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
