Location: Austin TX / Woodinville WA (Hybrid 3 days in office)
Job Summary
As Director of Product Management you will have the opportunity to lead our Product organization own theexecution of our roadmap and ultimately deliver results getting us closer to our mission. We are looking forsomeone that wants to lead a team and develop a worldclass product and technology organization whilealso rolling their sleeves up and owning critical projects themselves. You will oversee a dynamic set ofproducts ranging from ecommerce experiences management SaaS and complex operations managementsystems and integrations understanding how it all fits together and where longterm value is driven.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Oversee the creation and of the Roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and overall business and communicate effectively to gain buy in
- Make tough tradeoff decisions and keep focused on delivering value quickly
- Ability to speak on behalf of the technology organization in executive settings
Team Development
- Hire train develop manage and retain top product and design talent
- Build a winning culture where team members are empowered and accountable to outcomes
Product Development and Lifecycle Management
- Lead endtoend product lifecycle management from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement including reporting/analytics
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business value customer insights and market trends.
Manage and research new vendor relationships to support product development

- Work hand in hand with engineering counterpart to build a worldclass product culture
- Partner with technology marketing sales operations and other teams to develop and implement digital solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital products with existing systems and business processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Entrepreneurial past or future founders
- Strong writing and communication skills meet with stakeholders filter noise manage expectations bring people along
- Knowledge and experience working with ecommerce platforms as well as operational systems such as PIMs OMS WMS and ERPs and how they all tie together
- Ability to remain organized amid chaos and competing priorities
- Ecommerce Experience
- Track record delivering products that leave a mark on the world (as measured by growth/utilization)
- History of winning in competitive settings
- Endless curiosity for business startups and technology
- An admiration for the unglamorous work that leads to success
