Position: Senior Product Designer
Location: Charlotte North Carolina (on-site 3 days per week)
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire
Visa: gc or citizens
What Youll Need to Have:
SAP and ERP Experience
Experience with SAP/Fiori or other ERP/SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
Background in designing out-of-the-box enterprise-level ERP systems for large-scale implementations.
Product Design Expertise
7 years of experience in UX and product design.
Deep product thinking-considers downstream operational implications and scalability.
Skilled at identifying dependencies across product suites and features.
Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams from concept to launch.
User Experience Research
Strong understanding of user research methodologies and user testing practices.
Ability to analyze user needs and synthesize findings into actionable design solutions.
Expertise in distinguishing user wants from true user needs.
Tool Proficiency & Education
Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Figma Miro and prototyping platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI depth problem-solving and measurable impact.
Degree in Interaction Design Computer Science or related field-or equivalent hands-on experience.
Clear communicator with a sharp ability to grasp complexity and prioritize key issues.
Execution Strategy & Communication
Comfortable with ambiguity; a proactive self-starter.
Scrappy and adaptable-able to use low-fidelity mockups or visualization techniques to quickly align teams.
Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design intent and present solutions to stakeholders.
Skilled in wireframing user flows mockups and prototyping.
Requirements Interpretation & Design Systems
Ability to interpret direction from Service Design Managers and convert into scoped design work.
Understands and applies business context to product design decisions.
Capable of utilizing insights from research and testing to iterate and improve designs.
Experienced in documenting UI component libraries and establishing/revising design guidelines.
