Job Description

Our priority is to identify scope and deliver upstream systems and process improvements which reduce operating expenses increase free cash flow and improve customer experience.
The ProServe Marketing and Training (PMT) OrdertoCash (O2C) team is seeking a passionate expert to help achieve our vision to provide a worldclass O2C experience to our internal and external customers in support of our journey to become earths most customercentric company.
The Sr. Finance Analyst O2C must be strategic and detailoriented have strong accounting and finance skills robust interpersonal and influencing skills strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to gather business and technical requirements across global teams to drive system and change management processes. This person will need to roll up their sleeves work independently and have an extremely high level of ownership and ability to dive deep.
This is an individual contributor role that will collaborate with support team through dotted line organizations including analysts and support staff across the globe. This role must be strategic and detailoriented have good accounting and finance skills robust interpersonal and influencing skills (this role will have frequent communication with senior leadership) and good organizational and project management skills.

Key job responsibilities
Standardize and improve processes across all sites to align teams to Global Standard Operating Procedures for the entire Order to Cash cycle.
Conduct deep dives and audits of O2C processes to identify improvement areas and provide feedback for goal achievement.
Collaborate with Launch and Tech teams for new product or SOR launches impacting O2C systems and processes.
Collaborate with tech teams to review prioritize and develop system enhancement requests to resolve critical pain points throughout the Order to Cash cycle.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency accuracy and customer experience.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop strategies to improve metrics such as DSO billing accuracy and collection effectiveness.
3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
4 years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
4 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
4 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
4 years of identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
Bachelors degree in accounting finance or business or Bachelors degree and 5 years of finance/accounting experience
4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
MBA or CPA
Experience in process improvement system implementation project maangement
