Our client a global healthcare company is looking for a SAP Qoute to Cash Lead Consultant to support operational efforts and to be the main point of contact between Customer Service Logistic Providers and Warehouses. The selected candidate will need to possess expertise in logistical processes of a business including shipping transportation warehouse management and sales and distribution.
This is a contractual position working in the clients preferred EU time-zone. The initial contract will go through the end of 2025 with the likelihood of an extension well into 2026
Job Description:
- Act as a global subject matter expert (SME) for Supply Chain Operation Processes with a focus on Warehousing and Transportation.
- Lead the creation and harmonization of global Supply Chain Operations Process Specifications aligned with industry best practices and internal/external stakeholder requirements.
- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across the global supply chain; propose actionable solutions and support change management and deployment initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service Distribution Manufacturing and external partners to ensure end-to-end process efficiency and service excellence
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards (e.g. GxP compliance) throughout supply chain operations.
- Support ongoing process transformation and digitization initiatives related to the SAP Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) landscape.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within the MedTech or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in logistics transportation and warehouse operations particularly within regulated environments.
- Solid understanding and experience with SAP systems supporting Quote to Cash logistics execution and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with GxP (Good Practice) guidelines and experience managing processes under regulatory scrutiny.
- Proven capability in Process Analysis and Mapping preferably using tools and standards such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or production planning, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors. SAP knowledge is essential, particularly in planning and materials management modules. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Fluency in French is required due to international coordination with French-speaking regions. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
