Your Mission: Optimize Innovate and Elevate Business Applications
Be part of our client s team as a Business Applications Analyst and play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology ensuring seamless application functionality process improvements and system enhancements that drive business success.
Your Career at a Glance
Shift: 3 PM 11 AM MK Time (First 60 Days) Then Monday Friday 11 AM 7 PM MK Time
Work Setup: Remote / Work from Home (Skopje)
- Provide technical support and training for corporate application systems (Viewpoint Vista IFS Great Plains Global Shop etc..
- Implement and improve business processes and application utilization.
- Evaluate system updates modules and enhancements to align with business needs.
- Map out processes and data flow to enhance system functionality.
- Prioritize requirements and mediate between stakeholders and IT teams.
- Manage system modifications through structured change control processes.
- Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors to ensure application efficiency.
- Execute quality assurance testing for technology solutions.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support business goals.
Requirements
Who We re Looking For: Your Skills & Experience
- 3 5 years of application support experience in a corporate environment with multiple system integrations.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Construction Manufacturing Service Finance and Sales with experience supporting ERP CMS and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate reconcile and translate business requirements into system improvements.
- Experience with IFS Great Plains SQL SRRS and Crystal Reporting is a plus.
- Knowledge of Articulate Rise ClickLearn and Modern Data Platform is beneficial.
- Vendor management experience for incident resolution upgrades and training.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex business problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to adjust working hours occasionally to meet corporate demands.
- Experience with Viewpoint Vista is preferred.
