Job Description
- Dealing with daily technical sales inquiries received from customers and preparing accurate and competitive quotations information packages technical proposals and tenders;
- Negotiating price contract terms and conditions;
- Following up quotations in a timely manner to secure profitable orders;
- Processing orders from field sales & service engineers incl. raising timely sales orders on SAP issuing customer order acknowledgement and followingup to ensure that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time;
- Preparing and raising relevant paperworks for accounts and providing logistical support as requested;
- Supporting projects sales team;
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows conferences & other marketing events;
- BV26Preparing sales reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing sales information; Recording and maintaining customer contact data on CRM SAP.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science Degree preferably in technology related field;
- Min. 3 years working experience in a technical product sales environment;
- Fluency in both spoken and written English;
- Good IT skills includes MS Office SAP;
- Sales skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Customer focused approach with excellent communication skills;
- Analytical skills and problem solving approach;
- Commercial awareness;
- Accuracy in quoting and pricing;
- Able to work independently under pressure and with high level of discipline
- Conscientious good team worker cooperative reliable and efficient;
- Selfmotivated and willingness to learn new skills;
- Strong sense of Integrity and compliance culture;
- Strong business acumen and willingness to travel around Vietnam
