The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role will be based in Bangalore India
The jobs ingestion team brings millions of jobs from various sources to LinkedIns jobs marketplace. Were looking for a Senior Product Manager for Jobs Ingestion and growth. You will be responsible for streamlining and growing all the ways in which jobs enter the LinkedIn ecosystem. You will be collaborating with a world class team of engineers designers data scientists and business development managers in defining what success looks like within the rapidly evolving talent solutions landscape.
Responsibilities:
Empathize with problems that job seekers and hirers face and identify the highest impact problems to be solved
Make datadriven decisions on how best to solve marketplace challenges by pulling and analysing data from multiple sources
Drive product strategy planning and detailed product requirements
Develop metrics that inform the success work with the engineering teams and crossfunctional stakeholders to launch defences features and product solutions
Partner across the hiring ecosystem to grow our understanding of customer value
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technologyrelated field
7 years of experience in product management role
3 years of experience working on marketplace products and large scale systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in a technologyrelated field
Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage including experience with jobs and generative AI.
Experience building and growing API products/platforms.
Strong data analytical skills and experience with machine learning and AI methodologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.
Proven track record of pushing ambitious products and/or organizational or process changes
Ability to manage and lead across highly crossfunctional teams.
Experience in working with cross functional partners across different time zones cultures and languages.
