Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast affordable broadband to a wide range of customers including consumers businesses government agencies and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

Key job responsibilities * Collaborate with engineers across the organization to gather requirements design develop deploy and operate critical eCommerce software for Kuiper. * Work on initiatives building eCommerce functions on AWS infrastructure and help implement best practices for software development. * Develop code build CI/CD pipelines test automation and dashboards for monitoring health of systems. * Help engineers and build solutions which are required for provisioning and operating an Internet service providers.

About the team Our team owns developing the architecture solutions & roadmap for managing the customer lifecycle for communications services; including identity and account management subscriber management services user provisioning billing and payments customer and technical support tools offer management tools and customer metrics and analytics.
3 years of noninternship professional software development experience 2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
