Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups using tools like Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Conduct user research usability testing and datadriven analysis to optimize user journeys and interaction flows.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Develop and maintain a design system or component library to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Ensure designs are optimized for performance accessibility and crossplatform responsiveness.
- Stay uptodate with UI/UX trends emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users stakeholders and usability testing sessions to refine and enhance designs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs. (NOTE: Provide a link to your portfolio within your resume.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Strong knowledge of wireframing prototyping and interaction design principles.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience conducting user research usability testing and A/B testing.
- Understanding of responsive design accessibility (WCAG standards) and mobilefirst design principles.
- Ability to analyze user behavior and apply datadriven insights to improve designs.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
