Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive visually appealing and userfriendly designs that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements and Developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Apply A/B testing and datadriven decisionmaking to refine and improve designs.
- Ensure designs align with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends tools and best practices.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
- Proficiency in design tools Figma preferred.
- Experience with A/B testing and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Knowledge of frontend development technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript React AngularJS).
- Experience with UX research methodologies (e.g. user interviews surveys usability testing).
- Experience in the Insurance Wealth Management or Financial Services industry is a plus.
- Experience designing for mobile applications
- Strong communication skills in English.
