The Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility increase market share and drive business growth within the European market.

We are seeking a talented and detailoriented UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating exceptional website experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces enhancing usability and elevating the overall user journey on our web platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling and userfriendly interfaces for websites ensuring an intuitive and cohesive user experience.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
Create wireframes prototypes and interactive mockups that align with user needs and business goals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends tools and best practices with a focus on web technologies.
Optimize designs for responsiveness accessibility and performance across various devices and browsers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices for web design.
Familiarity with frontend development concepts (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a creative problemsolving approach.
