We operate more than 600 buses and employ over 1000 staff across 10 depots in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria and NSW.

What you will be doing:

We currently have a vacancy for a fulltime Facilities & Maintenance Manager at our Bundoora depot. This role will be accountable for ensuring the infrastructure and premises at Dysons (Bundoora and Regional depots) are maintained to a safe and professional standard and all legislative requirements are met.

You will:

  • Manage preventative maintenance schedules and programs across all depotsensuring that the facilities meet all government and environmental legislative requirements and comply to all OHS and security standards.
  • Ensure the facilities and grounds/yards at Head office are maintained and
    always presented in a professional clean manner.
  • Have a full understanding of all infrastructure maintenance requirements at
    Head office and regional depots.
  • On occasion we may require you to be on to provide support for the resolution of urgent issues affecting infrastructure or daily operation of the business.
  • Carry out any general repairs and maintenance activities provided these tasks are appropriate to your area of skill and expertise.
  • Overseeing building projects renovations and/or refurbishments.

Skills you will need:

  • Electrical Trade background looked upon favorably
  • Current Drivers License
  • Heavy Vehicle License (preferred not essential)
  • Forklift License (preferred not essential)
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
