Rutgers University Camden seeks candidates to facilitate Rutgers Future Scholars workshops. Provides complex academic support and subject matter expertise in youth development and K12 educational practices. This position will communicate and collaborate with numerous external constituents to maintain involvement in all facets of grantfunded projects and works closely with project participants to increase academic achievement. Ability to manage assigned duties in order to complete project tasks in a timely manner. Ability to utilize virtual online learning platforms if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
Requires a bachelors degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Also requires a minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience in an administrative and/or supervisory function excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
