Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree with seven 7 years or more of relevant experience or Masters degree with five 5 years or more of relevant experience. Working experience should be progressively responsible in education student affairs student services program/project management or equivalent. At least 1 year of supervisor experience. Exceptional organizational and strategic coordination skills with the ability to plan structure critically analyze and operationalize. Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills as well as profound relationship building and conflict resolution skills. Ability to inspire students faculty alumni and staff to actively participate in the student support and professional development process. Ability to engage with a diverse population in a respectful manner that inspires longterm commitments to the OSAA mission as it promotes the BSOM and WSU missions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A detail orientated mind able to effectively work in the complex ambiguity of an undergraduate medical education UME system.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior administrative experience in student affairs at the university level or a work history that can demonstrate equivalent skills. Holistic understanding of the operations and services provided by a medical schools office of student affairs. Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey software and an ability to quickly learn new technology platforms.
