Were looking for a highly organized professional with a solid track record of problemsolving and attention to detail for this fulltime position. The ideal candidate is a team player willing to collaborate and possesses excellent customer service skills who is also adaptable and flexible. Real estate property management/leasing hotel management or accounting experience is a plus! Onthejob training provided for someone willing to learn and grow with us.

- Oversee and work with maintenance staff to beautify property with willingness to be handson
- Collect current and delinquent rents
- Enforce rules and standards of occupancy
- Resolve resident/tenant complaints resident relations
- Welcome residents and prospective residents with excellent customer service
- Leasing moveins moveouts
- Respond to inquiries and process rental applications
- Show homes for sale/rent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet use
- Minimum of two years of residential property management experience no exceptions
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must undergo a mandatory background check
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
