Responsibilities
- Oversee the Drive Lane to ensure prompt courteous and efficient service for all customers
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Gather comprehensive customer and vehicle information and accurately document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Assess and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age mileage and service history
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor costs
- Ensure final invoices align with completed work and explain all services and charges to customers
- Establish clear followup timelines with customers
- Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries in person and via phone to ensure thorough and professional handling of all concerns
- Efficiently allocate work among technicians to optimize daily productivity
- Ensure technician time is consistently utilized and sold for service work
- Facilitate a positive customer experience by completing additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Friendly customeroriented demeanor with exceptional communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and coordinating team activities
- Professional appearance maintaining a wellgroomed and polished image
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid drivers license
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
