Job Title: Field Leader / Operations Asphalt & Concrete
Location: Union Grove WI

Asphalt Contractors Inc. is a secondgeneration familyowned company with a 45 year track record in asphalt paving maintenance concrete work and more. We operate our own plants and pits manage our own schedules and deliver fullscope solutions to commercial municipal and DOT clients.
Were hiring a versatile and motivated individual to take a leadership role in the fieldsupporting and overseeing daily operations in asphalt paving maintenance or concrete depending on your background.
This role can range from handson field leader to divisionlevel operations support depending on your strengths and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Help plan and execute daily jobs in paving maintenance or concrete
Lead or support field crews depending on job size and complexity
Coordinate materials trucking and equipment needs
Work closely with foremen project managers and dispatch
Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job
Be a goto resource for problemsolving and crew coordination
Support a productive teamfirst culture
Ideal Experience:
3 years in construction or trades ideally in paving maintenance or concrete
Comfortable leading others or growing into leadership
Organized dependable and a clear communicator
Valid drivers license
CDL or equipment operation experience is a plus
