Strong Party Host

• Ensure a simple fun and memorable experience for the hosting party and its guests.
• Welcome party guests with a smile deliver party bag and review the party bay/agenda with the parents.
  
• Make sure the party bay is clean & set up to the specifications on clipboard at the front desk
  
• Engage with ALL party guests to ensure everyone is safe on the FUN floor.
  
• Fulfil the expectations of that Strong has set before you in regards to being a Party Host.
  
• Ensure the fun floor is safe and presentable.
  
• Make sure the floor its participants are engaging in a safe and effective manner.
  
• Facilitate the serving of food and the cleaning/resetting of the party bay and its surrounding area.
  
• Restocking/cleaning party carts and party cabinets
  
• Facilitate in the continual cleanliness of Strong facility.
  
• Report any misconduct injuries alcohol or drug use to the manager on duty immediately
  
• Adhere to Strong scheduling standards as established by the The Strong Party Host Handbook.

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work two weekend shifts a month (Shift is equal to 5 hours and is specific to party hosting.
  
• Attend all mandatory employee trainings as scheduled by management.
  
• Adherence to Strong Employee Handbook and Strong Party Host Handbook
