About Us: At Superior IT Technologies we provide innovative IT solutions that ensure our clients operations run smoothly and efficiently. As we continue to grow were looking for a General Manager to oversee our operations sales account management team leadership and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimise daytoday operations to ensure topquality service delivery.
- Work along side our Managing Director to drive sales growth and expand our client base through strategic initiatives.
- Oversee account management ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Inspire and develop a highperforming team fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee budget preparation management and reporting.
- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to execute strategic plans and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Finance or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role with a strong track record in operations sales and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in the IT industry is not required but highly valued.
