Position: Project Manager Solar Projects
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 34 years
Education: B.E./ in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee the endtoend implementation and maintenance of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation proven onsite experience and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and delivery of solar projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including clients contractors vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless project .
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress resolve technical challenges and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation reports and progress updates for internal management and client communication.
Troubleshoot sitelevel issues and develop timely effective solutions to minimize delays.
Implement and enforce HSE (Health Safety and Environment) protocols across all project sites.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
34 years of relevant site experience in solar project and maintenance.
Indepth knowledge of solar PV systems installation procedures and maintenance best practices.
Strong leadership coordination and organizational skills with a solutionoriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools/software is an added advantage.
