Vacancy: BRANCH / SALES MANAGER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Deddington OX15
Salary: OTE 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
We are searching for a skilled charismatic and experienced Residential Estate Agency Branch Manager for a leading role in a company with offices in Deddington.
The perfect qualities we are looking for will include: excellent mentoring and management abilities sensational instruction winning skills superb knowledge of residential estate agency and a comprehensive knowledge of Deddington and the surrounding areas.

The perfect candidate will have a proven record of success within the residential estate agency sector at Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager level and will have experience of carrying out valuations and winning instructions although the company may consider a candidate who has significant experience and who feels ready to step up to a promotional challenge!
You will also need to be energetic driven proactive selfmotivated articulate and of course utterly charming!

- Knowledge of the Deddington area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
