We are now recruiting Graduate Civil and Electrical Engineers to join our 2026 Graduate Program.
Our graduate program partners with Engineering Education Australia to provide recent graduates with diverse operational practices mentoring and development aiming to create multiskilled professionals by combining university theory with practical realworld experience.
Are you a finalyear student with a passion for Civil or Electrical Engineering Are you eager to apply your skills in realworld scenarios including remote locations across Australia Look no further!
We are seeking individuals who have:
- A Bachelors degree or higher in Civil or Electrical Engineering coupled with practical experience gained through vacation work or similar. (You must be in your final year of study or have recently graduated).
- A genuine enthusiasm for our field and a keen interest in handson projects often in remote/regional areas of Australia.
- Flexibility to work on a FIFO (FlyInFlyOut) or DIDO (DriveInDriveOut) roster from Perth.
- Strong analytical skills sound decisionmaking abilities and a knack for creative problemsolving.
- Resilience diligence and a steadfast commitment to safety in the workplace.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and the ability to thrive in diverse environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural strength in building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.
