Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial/Personal Account Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial and personal accounts providing exceptional customer service and ensuring continued business growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and personal accounts building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and deliver valueadded services to clients promoting longterm partnerships and business sustainability.
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing account base and actively pursue sales and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on account status performance metrics and revenue forecasts and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager preferably in commercial and personal lines insurance.
- Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A customercentric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
- Understanding of financial products and services is a plus.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
