We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven individual for the role of Business Development Executive & Lead Generation Specialist at our Noida office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities generating quality leads and driving business growth through proactive outreach and relationshipbuilding.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls LinkedIn and other channels to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Conduct meetings with prospective customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain a structured record of sales leads customer interactions and account progress.
- Educate customers on how our solutions can enhance their business and drive efficiency.
- Identify and qualify leads to expand the companys sales pipeline.
- Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support brandbuilding efforts and improve outreach strategies.
- Engage in strategic networking and prospecting to drive lead generation efforts.
- Demonstrate a strong phone presence and high confidence in initiating conversations.
- Take a proactive approach in problemsolving and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA (Marketing) or a related degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to generate and nurture leads through various channels.
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills with potential and existing clients.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with sales and productivity tools/software.
- Detailoriented with a strategic factbased decisionmaking approach.
- Experience in SMS Fintech and Banking Industry is an added advantage.
