What we are looking for
We are looking for a highly communicative and dedicated Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) parttime for 1820 hours per week for one year an extension is possible.
You will
- Answer Englishlanguage customer inquiries in our customer support tool (Zendesk) thoroughly and appropriately
- Be responsible for our English FAQs
- Support team members in answering Germanlanguage customer inquiries in Zendesk
- Help to ensure that our customers are happy with our product. You work closely with the support team and developers to identify technical errors and get them solved for the customer
- Evaluate statistics report current developments and obtain commitment to implement your suggestions for improvement
What you bring to the table
- Completed vocational training and initial work experience in customer service
- A talent for communication finding the right words in every situation and acting with empathy patience and friendliness
- Ability to translate a customers issue into tech language
- An affinity for databasescomplex system landscapes and mobile applications
- You work independently on new topics and enjoy sharing your knowledge in a team
- You are a team player with high social skills and your colleagues can rely on you
- You are fluent in both English and German
- You are flexible and willing to work on support emails when needed on a limited number of weekends and public holidays by arrangement
- Basic Yoga knowledge in theory and practice is important
- You are based in Germany with the ability to come to the Hamburg office for regular team days

Our Customer Support team works Mondays through Fridays and the occasional weekend emergency
service hours. You can pick your days in general but Fridays
is a mandatory work day for you. We are a small friendly and supportive team working a hybrid model
