Our Security Officer positions play a key role in upholding these values. We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time Security Officer opportunities at two client sites in Billerica MA. These roles involve maintaining a secure environment responding to incidents enforcing post orders and representing Securitas with professionalism and integrity.
Security Officer $20.00$20.50/hr
Location: Billerica MA
Schedules Available:
Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Full-Time: SundayMonday 11:00 PM 7:00 AM & FridaySaturday 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
Maintain security and safety of client premises through regular patrols and monitoring
Observe and report incidents hazards or suspicious activity in real-time
Ensure compliance with post orders and client-specific procedures
Provide excellent customer service and act as a visible deterrent
Access control visitor management and emergency response as needed
Complete detailed incident and shift reports accurately and promptly
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
18 years of age or older with legal right to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass all required background screenings
Strong communication observation and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required or willingness to obtain)
Must have reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts
