Residential Direct Support Professional (CILA DSP) / HIRING NOW!

No experience necessary and we offer extensive PAID training for DSPs who help fulfill our mission and support the individuals we serve. CNAs are encouraged to apply!
This position is integral to providing residential support services to people in the Champaign County area. In this role you will provide guidance and supervision conduct individual and group training programs general household maintenance and routines and complete data and records according to individual program plans and Group Home procedures.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
Grantfunded hiring/new employee bonus of $400 (payable upon completion of training) and retention bonuses up to 4 times per year through June 2026 up to $1600 per year!

All benefits start day 1 of employment
$17.00per hour with an additional $2.00 per hour starting midnight Friday to midnight Sunday. There are also ample overtime opportunities available that could increase the hourly rate to $25.50$28.50.

DUTIES:
Assist with lifes essential activities to start and end the day
Help individuals manage daily living skills like preparing meals laundry dishes and vacuuming
Go for a walk together enjoy playing games or connecting in the community. Go fishing to a local farmers market a movie!
Develop a supportive and empowering environment
Assure the residential environment is clean and free from safety hazards
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
21 years of age with valid Drivers License
Must pass fingerprintbased background check
Patience compassion communication skills teamwork dependability integrity
