Johnson County Wastewater (JCW) is responsible for the safe collection transportation and treatment of wastewater generated by our community. Minimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and a regular drivers license with an acceptable driving record are required. This is a temporary trainee position with a maximum employment duration of three months for fulltime employment. Trainees must pass the written part of exam within four months and obtain their Class B CDL with air brake and tanker endorsement within six months in order to continue employment as a Line Cleaning and Inspection Crew Member I or II
Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department/Agency.
Preferred Job Requirements:
One year of experience with light medium or heavy duty equipment is preferred.
