The Accounts Payable Specialists duties include the timely issuance of check payments to internal and external clients. As a vital member of the division this position is responsible for certifying W9 forms processing 1099 forms complying with Bnotice regulations and ensuring accuracy in 1099 backup withholding and reporting. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to adhere to strict deadlines.
The preferred candidate will have a background in bookkeeping audit preparation accounting or dealership administration. A fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and effective communication skills are also required.
The role is based onsite Monday through Friday at our Chesterfield MO office.
