Job Description
Responsabilities;
- Generate and print shipping labels bills of lading and packing lists.
- Schedule pickups and communicate with carriers & drivers by phone email chat and any other necessary means
- Scan track and update orders in the system
- Verify counts & inspect packaging of incoming and outgoing products
- Record shipment data in Excel / ERP for reporting and billing
- Maintain organized shipping area and follow all safety protocols
Requirements:
- Fluent English written & spoken (mandatory)
- Strong computer skills
- 1year in shipping logistics or warehouse is a plus
- Able to lift up to 40lbs and stand/walk during the shift
- Reliable transportation to Naperville and punctual work habits
