REQUIREMENTS:
Total 5 years of strong experience in endtoend recruitment including sourcing screening scheduling and hiring.
Strong working experience in end to end recruitment of Embedded positions.
Experience in sourcing profiles from different sources viz portals social media networking etc.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools for managing candidate pipelines and job applications
Handling middle level and senior level requirements in all verticals.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System.
Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation.
Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job portals professional networks social platforms and referrals to find qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs determine job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies for each position.
Write clear and compelling job descriptions and design structured interview processes including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews.
Maintain an uptodate candidate database and track candidate information through our ATS.
Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates regarding job requirements expectations interview scheduling and feedback.
Manage job postings on relevant platforms and ensure they are attracting the right candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
Maintain and submit regular reports on recruitment progress including candidate pipeline offers and hiring metrics.
